How do I access my tickets on my smartphone?
In your confirmation email, select “Click here to access tickets.” Browse for the specific event you’re looking for and tap to see your tickets. When you arrive at the venue, present your smartphone to the guest services representative to have your ticket scanned, or scan it yourself at a scanning station. If you have guests and multiple tickets on your phone, swipe to navigate between them.
What if I do not have a smartphone?
If you don’t have a smartphone, we can still email a PDF of your ticket so that you can print it at home. If you aren’t able to print at home, please contact the Arts Ticket Center.
How do I manage and view my tickets?
Tickets can be viewed by logging into your Arts Ticket Center account.
When should I view my ticket?
We recommend that you view and add your tickets to your phone’s wallet at least 48 hours before the event.
What happens if my ticket doesn’t scan properly?
We recommend turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn’t work, your ticket can be validated by having the ticket taker manually enter your ticket number directly into the scanner.
What if I lose connectivity or can’t connect to my account?
Once the tickets have been added to your account, you will be able to access them regardless of internet connectivity. To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend adding your tickets to your phone’s digital wallet before arriving at the venue. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you’re an Android user, you can save your tickets to your phone through Google Pay.
What if my phone battery dies on event day?
You will need to visit the ticket office at the venue the day of the event. You will be required to show a valid photo ID for the name on the ticket account.
Can I have multiple tickets on the same mobile device?
Yes. You can view all your tickets by swiping left or right on your smartphone. We highly encourage you to transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue.
What if my guest(s) and I are arriving to the venue at different times?
If arriving at different times, you will need to transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guest(s) to arrive at the venue at your own convenience. Once the ticket transfer offer has been sent to your guest(s) they will receive an email instructing them to accept the tickets. If they do not already have an Arts Ticket Center account, they can easily create an account to accept the ticket offer. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer offer, they be able to view their tickets.

Does the person I transfer/send the tickets to need a Ticketmaster account?
Yes. If they don’t have one already, they can easily create one in just a few minutes when they accept their tickets.
